Passing through after the holidays, we feel a real passion in the manager who is a real breath of fresh air compared to what you can find elsewhere. As for beers, I only had the opportunity to taste two (the Blonde & the Triple) and I am more than satisfied with them - they quickly fell into my recommendations, both for novices and aficionados. So if you are the type to favor the terroir side, or simply want to taste a pint whose passion and love is felt from the brewing to the tasting, I invite you to go there! Along the way, don’t hesitate to discuss fermentation and production with the manager. As said, he knows his subject and it is very enriching. It's a change from the brewer to the more...
