We had a stopover here on the way from Netherlands to south France with a baby and a 2 year old. The service was great, very kind and flexible. The location is great for a stopover, close to Paris, quiet, and very fairly priced. The rooms are slightly dated but clean and functional. Voir plus

We stayed here for just a night since we had a mid-day flight the next day. The staff were very courteous and kind. It was very easy to check in and find the room. We had a double-room connected by a door and the rooms were very clean. There are desks and closet space to put your belongings. Everything worked well and the shower was top notch. The beds were very comfortable. You can tell that they take pride in making the hotel as warm and welcoming as possible. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. It was free for children under the age of 12 when accompanied by an adult. My son loved cooking his soft boiled eggs in the machine. The croissants and pain au chocolat were warm and toasty. The baguette was fresh as well. There was a whole gluten-free table too. Overall we had a quick and easy stay with 0 complaints. I definitely recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again in the future. We ate at a kebab place nearby for dinner that was very good but the town itself is a little bit deserted. Breakfast was good. The room was also nice. You may find public transport; bus stop nearby even though the frequency is a bit low. Btw the picture is the Chateau de Villers-Cotterêts under renovation. Voir plus
