How am I informed of the taxi's arrival?
As soon as your booking is confirmed, you receive a notification by SMS, email or via the app. You can track the driver's arrival in real-time using the location map.
Can I contact the driver if there's an issue?
Yes, you have access to the driver's contact details after confirmation. You can contact them directly to adjust a detail or specify your location.
Can I easily cancel or modify the booking?
Of course. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to a certain time (specified at the time of booking). In case of delay or unexpected events, our customer service is also available to help you.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes, an electronic invoice is automatically sent by email after each journey. You can also find it in your customer account if you have one.
